隐私政策 · Privacy

独立数据边界。本版本创建的新账户、用量、验证码、客服请求和核查记录使用独立环境，与旧 Sites 的账户或数据不共享，也不迁移或读取旧数据。法律联系邮箱只用于联系，不会因此获得管理员权限。

Standalone data boundary. New accounts, quota usage, verification codes, support requests, and check records use an isolated environment. They are not migrated from, read from, or shared with the former Sites service. The legal contact email is not automatically an administrator.

核查数据。用户提交的核查原文会发送至 AI 服务，用于联网搜索和生成结果。设备保存最近 6 条原文记录，用户可自行清除；服务端另存短期结果缓存（可能含与输入相关的摘要）以及提供额度、客服、安全和反滥用所需的记录。设备记录与服务端缓存不是同一份数据。

Fact-check data. The original claim is sent to the AI service for web search and result generation. The device keeps the six most recent original claims for the user to clear. Separately, the server keeps a short-lived result cache that may contain an input-related summary, plus records needed for quotas, support, security, and abuse prevention.

提供方与位置。Cloudflare Pages 托管网站和边缘请求；新 D1 的控制台位置提示为北美洲西部且无辖区限制。位置提示不是数据驻留保证，边缘处理也不等于全部数据驻留该地。阿里云百炼工作空间位于北京，处理核查原文、联网搜索和生成；DirectMail 位于杭州，用于发送登录验证码。各提供方依其服务规则处理数据。

Providers and locations. Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and edge requests. The new D1 dashboard shows Western North America with no jurisdiction restriction. That placement hint is not a residency guarantee, and edge processing does not mean all processing resides there. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in Beijing handles original claims, search, and generation; DirectMail in Hangzhou sends sign-in codes.

保留与维护。过期核查缓存、验证码和达到清理阈值的安全、服务及已解决客服记录，由业务请求触发维护任务后清理；没有独立定时任务，因此不保证严格每日删除，也不把清理阈值承诺为最长保留期限。为安全、故障调查、反滥用或法定义务确有必要的记录可按相应策略保留。

Retention and maintenance. Expired caches and codes, plus security, service, and resolved-support records that reach cleanup thresholds, are removed when a business request triggers maintenance. There is no separate scheduler, so deletion is not guaranteed to run every day and cleanup thresholds are not promised maximum retention periods. Necessary security, incident, abuse-prevention, or legally required records may remain under the applicable policy.

权利与安全。用户可申请访问、更正、删除、撤回同意、限制或反对处理，并可向监管机构申诉。我们使用传输加密、服务端密钥、访问控制、假名化、限流和日志最小化，但任何网络服务都无法保证绝对安全。

Rights and security. Users may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, restriction, objection, and regulatory review. We use encrypted transport, server-side secrets, access control, pseudonymization, rate limits, and minimized logs, but no online service is perfectly secure.

AI 透明度 · AI Transparency

自动核查结果标记为“AI 生成合成内容、未经人工审核”，并说明模型提供方。百分比是 0、25、50、75、100 五档证据强度标签，不是统计概率、事实裁决或专业意见。系统可能遗漏、误读、偏置或引用过时内容；重要决定必须回看原始来源。

Automated results are labeled as AI-generated and not human-reviewed, with the model provider identified. Percentages are the five evidence tiers 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100—not probabilities, factual rulings, or professional advice. Review the original sources before important decisions.

用户协议 · Terms

本服务仅限 18 岁及以上用户。只能提交具有合法依据、适合公开信源核查的内容；不得提交身份证号、住址、私密通信、未公开健康或财务数据，或用于诽谤、人肉搜索、骚扰、违法监控、司法取证、自动化滥用、绕过额度或干扰服务。

The service is for users aged 18 or older. Submit only lawful claims suitable for checking against public sources. Do not submit identity numbers, addresses, private communications, non-public health or financial data, or use the service for defamation, doxxing, harassment, unlawful surveillance, forensic evidence, automated abuse, quota evasion, or disruption.

免费私密版 · Free Private Edition

游客每天 1 次，登录账户每天 3 次新核查；30 分钟内命中相同内容缓存不重复计次。本版本不提供付款、数字会员、站外购买引导，也不提供公开报告读取或写入；核查结果默认私密。

Guests receive 1 and signed-in accounts receive 3 new checks per day. An identical-claim cache hit within 30 minutes does not consume another check. This edition has no payments, digital membership, off-site purchase direction, or public-report reading or writing. Results are private by default.

账户删除 · Account Deletion

登录后可在账户中心输入 DELETE 删除会员、账户额度、验证码、客服请求及任何关联的旧结构记录，并结束会话。设备中的最近记录由用户在设备上清除。短期共享核查结果缓存、服务事件及不直接关联账户的必要反滥用记录，按上述请求触发的清理策略维护。

After signing in, enter DELETE in the Account Center to remove membership, account quota, verification codes, support requests, any linked legacy-structure records, and the session. Clear recent history on the device. Shared short-lived fact-check caches, service events, and necessary abuse-prevention records not directly linked to the account follow the request-triggered cleanup policy above.
