This is the public deletion guide for the standalone TruthScale website and its free private Android and HarmonyOS editions. After signing in, deletion can be completed in the app without a separate email.
操作步骤 · Steps
- 登录。从当前独立版入口使用账户邮箱登录。Sign in from the current standalone service with the account email.
- 打开账户中心。选择“账户、支持与隐私中心”。Open “Account, support & privacy.”
- 确认删除。输入
DELETE，再点击永久删除按钮。EnterDELETE, then select the permanent-deletion button.
删除范围 · What deletion removes
删除会移除会员身份、账户额度记录、验证码、客服请求、任何关联的旧结构记录并结束会话。独立环境不创建付款记录，也不提供公开报告读写。
Deletion removes membership, account quota records, verification codes, support requests, any linked legacy-structure records, and the session. The standalone environment creates no payment records and provides no public-report reading or writing.
设备上的最近核查原文由用户在设备上清除。短期共享核查结果缓存、服务事件及不直接关联账户的必要反滥用记录不会作为账户行删除，而是按请求触发的清理策略维护。
Clear recent original claims on the device. Shared short-lived fact-check caches, service events, and necessary abuse-prevention records not directly linked to the account are not deleted as account rows; they follow the request-triggered cleanup policy.
无法登录或需要支持 · Support
如果仍能登录，请在账户中心选择“账户问题”或“隐私与数据”。无法登录时，可联系下方邮箱并注明账户邮箱及“账户删除”；请勿发送验证码、密码或身份证件。
If you can sign in, submit an “Account” or “Privacy & data” request. Otherwise contact the address below with the account email and “account deletion.” Never send verification codes, passwords, or identity documents.
